I never thought that I would get a great help like this, but I had called 14567 as a first step. From this point onwards, a little hope is built. When ticket got created TTxxxxxxxx and got follow-up call from Ravindra sir … I was surprised that someone is really helping!

Ravindra sir had made multiple follow-ups with me, discussed every aspect of getting tablet and he never compromised. Ravindra sir found Dr Naik, Tirumalagiri medical officer to help us. Finally, Doctor also called and visited my father to collect 30 tablets. Father had collected 30 tablets promptly now.
